Payment Methods:

• We accept payments through PayPal, Venmo, or credit/debit cards via secure invoicing.

Payment Deadline:

• Payment is due within 24 hours of being invoiced. Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of the end of the live sale. 
• If payment is not received within this timeframe, the item may become available to other participants.

Invoicing:

• Invoices will be sent directly to your provided email address or Instagram DM, depending on the payment method selected. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

Shipping:

• In the US, shipping is FREE for all orders over $35. Flat rate $6 for all orders under $35. If applicable, shipping will be added to your invoice, and crystals will be shipped promptly after payment confirmation. 
• International Buyers:: International customers (outside the United States) are required to pay full cost of shipping are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply to their orders.

Crystals Sold As Is:

All crystals are sold as is. All pieces are unique. Please examine closely during the sale and ask questions before claiming to ensure you are happy with the piece before you claim. Due to the pace and excitement of an online live sale with participants claiming in real time, your claims can not be put back. 

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations are not allowed and we do not accept “put backs.” You are obligated to purchase all claims. 
• If you do not purchase your claims, you will be blocked from all future purchases and banned from the Sole Luna and Seeking Wellth online shops and Etsy stores. We take commitments seriously and put a lot of our energy into creating a fun shopping experience, so we deeply appreciate your understanding in this matter!
• We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss any issues with your purchase. We do not offer exchanges or returns, but if there is an unforeseen issue, specifically damage to the crystal, we will want to help rectify the issue.

Eligibility:

To participate in the Crystal Live Sale raffle, you must:

• RSVP for the live sale event.
• Attend the live sale during the scheduled time.
• Follow all payment terms and complete a purchase during the live sale.
• Follow both @seekingwellth and @solelunacompany Instagram handles.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Open to US residents only.

How to Enter:

• Eligible participants will automatically be entered into the raffle upon fulfilling the requirements mentioned above.

Raffle Prize:

• One lucky winner will receive a prize valued at $250 worth of free crystals.

Winner Selection:

• The raffle winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants.

Notification and Claiming Prize:

• The winner will be announced the day after the live sale or shortly after its conclusion, after their invoice has been paid
• The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and announced in an IG story on @solelunacompany and/or @seekingwellth
• To claim and receive the prize, the winner will not need to do anything, as long as their invoice is paid! 

Prize Delivery:

• The prize will be shipped to the winner's provided address.

• The Crystal Live Sale raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• By participating in the raffle, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at its discretion, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or violations of these terms.
