Shipping + Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days before shipping.
U.S. Orders: Orders over $50 ship free. All other U.S. orders ship at a flat rate of $7.
International Orders: International shipping starts at $19. Additional fees may apply depending on destination and order size. Shipping times vary due to postal service. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country — these are not included in the shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or other shipping issues beyond our control.
Refund + Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Due to the unique, natural variations in each crystal, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If there's any issue with your order — such as an item arriving damaged, a wrong item being sent, or something missing from your package — please reach out to us using the form below before within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
